Rufus and I are finally getting around to processing some of our tomatoes. Making time for a canning project can be challenging, but it really is so worth it. The kitchen smells amazing and it brings such a sense of accomplishment. It’s time to put some of our bounty on the pantry shelves for winter, like our great grandmothers had the sense to do.
