Beyond the typical numbness in the hands during the washing of the ramps, the first pack out of the year was a mild and methodical process. Clean organized space, a team in sync, plantings timed just right, and harmonious weather made this the best first pack out in our memory, and we’re thankful. I can’t wait for everyone to open up their boxes and enjoy the first harvest of spring.
