On Monday, Keewaydin is hosting a virtual event in collaboration with our new friend Dave X who works with Burning Man and recently moved to the Driftless. The event is called State Fair Cake Day which is a fun event for the Burning Man staff to celebrate State Fair themed fun like livestock from 4H kids in the office, crafts, local produce, and of course, cake! Since Covid, the event has shifted to a virtual platform, and this year will include a livestream from Keewaydin Farms. So, in honor of State Fair Cake Day (and any excuse really), we’ll be bringing some special guests up to the farm to play for the day, BABY GOATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We visited our neighbors this evening to check them out and I’m totally in love. 1000% Goat Baby Fever. Even after being vehemently warned against it. Oh boy.
