I received my second vaccination today, another line of defense for a healthy season, along with nutritious organic food, physical activity, meditation, and ample rest. I’m steadily discovering my plate is overflowing this season and I may need to re-examine my ambitious Capricorn ways. My sister-in-law, Jessica, reminded me tonight that there’s plenty of evidence out there that shows how hard it is on people, especially women, who don’t take time for themselves, and I appreciate the reminder. Health risks don’t just float through the air on viruses. They spill from our overcrowded plates.
