Our next animal endeavor entails a rather extensive fencing project. First we enclose all of the gardens. Only then can we focus on fencing the first few areas for goats. Oh, it’s taken a while to wear Rufus down on this one, but now that the fencing has begun, I’m pretty sure the baby goat herd is going to happen. Their role on the farm will be in land management, grazing, producing manure for the compost, and friendship. I only have to pound a few more hundred fence posts.
