Our third Driftless Curiosity workshop on maple syrup was a sweet success. We enjoyed another gorgeous spring day in the woods learning about the final steps of finishing a boil, canning, and the bonus step of making candy. It’s amazing how word of mouth can multiply interest in just 3 weeks. We nearly had a full class today. Rufus and I are overjoyed to share our love of the land, and the magic of the maple trees in particular with new friends.
