It’s planting time! Our first load of Purple Cow organic compost arrived this morning, the greenhouses are nice and toasty, and the seeds are just waiting to be sown. Rufus and I spend our first full day together in G3 with both doors flung wide open for ventilation. Rufus says these are his favorite days, when it’s a little too cold outside and a little too warm inside, allowing us to mingle the perfect amounts of spring air while we work. I must have taken my hoodie off and put it back on 15 times, a sign that I’m breaking away from winter. Next will be my boots.
