My fingertips roost atop eight abiding keys while my mind manifests a message. I’m developing a presentation for the Who’s New in Madison luncheon next week. Rufus and I are the guest speakers (via Zoom of course) and we’ll be discussing wellness connections on the farm. I rest my eyelids and think of my first summer at Keewaydin, how I felt my body change with food from the garden and more hours of movement and sunshine than any previous summer since childhood. I part my eyelids to see snow covered sleeping gardens yet notice my mouth is watering thinking of summer produce. My body knows these wellness connections intimately, even under the cold blanket of winter.
