Dear Farm Journal,

I don’t think the simple brilliance of spring rolls can be overstated. They’re my favorite way to wrap all my favorite garden veggies into a delightfully fresh and compact snack. Today I rolled up  carrots, kohlrabi, radishes, asparagus, arugula, salad mix, dill and cilantro (never skip the dill and cilantro in your spring rolls). Then, I dipped them in some soy sauce for a salty fix, and all the flavors just danced. Yum, I can do this all summer folks.
