Emerald foliage spills from the tops of the first winter share, a sign of our hoop house successes. This is the first year we’ll have all four greenhouses in production going into winter, and between the soil improvements and hitting just the right planting windows, the greens are looking mighty fine. Witnessing the magic of these sheltered spaces of light pulls me to the sunny side of hope. We harness and nourish what Mother Nature freely provides and here is her bounty at our fingertips. I sincerely hope this simple art never fails to beguile me.
