These words are about to take flight from fluorescent screens and land on an outstretched branch of tangible pulp. Ope Publishing, a new zine publisher, from right here in the Driftless region, has taken interest in the Dear Farm Journal project, and we are moving forward to publish a zine with Pete Hodapp illustrating! It’s safe to say I’m practically swooning each time the thought drifts back to the fore. We’ll be working on a condensed version of the summer of 2020, so right now I’m reviewing journal entries to tell our story.
