The simple acts of thumbing through seed catalogs and jotting down our garden plans mark the dawn of the 2021 growing season. This preamble process is becoming easier. Going into our fourth season together, we agree on more crop decisions. We have our best-loved varieties, our non-negotiables, and the crops we love to hate. There’s a charge of emotions tethered to the flavor and labor requirements of each vegetable on our list.
